We started Balancia Tech because we kept seeing the same gap on ERP projects: strong technical teams that didn't fully understand the business, or strong functional consultants who had to wait on developers for everything else. We built a company where both live under one roof.
Balancia Tech was founded by two specialists who had spent over a decade each on opposite ends of the same problem: one architecting and integrating the systems, the other implementing them for the businesses that depend on them.
Rather than build a large team of generalists, we chose to start lean — two founders, deeply skilled in complementary disciplines, taking on client work directly while building our own product suite in parallel.
That's still how we operate today. Every engagement is led by one of the founders, not handed off to a junior team you've never met.
